Rei Hsing (Dongguan) Electric Wire and Cable Co., Ltd was established in Shulin Town , Taipei County, Taiwan in 1979. We specialize in the manufacture of electronic wire, halogen-free wire, shielded wire, power cord, horn wire, automobile flexible wire, XL- PVC Wire, XL- PE Wire high and low temperature resistant silicone rubber wire, teflon wire, power cord with socket, braided wire, medical cable, computer Wire etc. Our own brand of heating wire is used in the production of electric blankets, automobile seat warming sets, automobile defogging, refrigerator defrost sets, electric rice cooker heat preservation sets and a range of other heating applications. Following the success of our business foundation in Taiwan, we then set up our largest production facility in mainland China in 1994 where our business has continued to grow.
Utilizing advanced production equipment and the latest testing technology to maintain higher quality standards has underpinned our reputation with a solid and loyal customer base. The ability to conduct testing in our own on-site laboratory with equipment like the ICP Plasma Emission Spectrometer, X-Ray Fluorescence Spectroscope and Ion Mobility Spectrometer are of vital importance to our customers as environmental management directives and materials testing become even more important in the marketplace. Subsequently, our products have achieved American UL, Canadian CSA, Germany VDE, Japanese PSE, Chinese CCC and Taiwanese”品” certification. Also we have attained standards laid out by the ISO9001/2008 quality system, ISO14001-2004 Environmental Management System and have also achieved the Green Partner status for the supply of the Sony Corporation. We have a growing reputation internationally for quality at a fair price, and our products are exported currently to customers in more than 20 countries worldwide, across Southern and Eastern China, Europe, America, Southeast Asia, Japan and the Middle East.
We are committed to developing new products that meet the demands of current and all future environmental directives that emerge. All the materials we use have low levels of cadmium and lead, and we have also successfully developed a series of halogen-free wires which have passed the strict UL-VW-1 vertical flame test. We have complied successfully with RoHS directives in the past and look forward to the challenges that will be presented by the new REACH directives coming from the EU.
